Robert List is a former Chair of the Western Governors Association, Governor of Nevada and Attorney General of Nevada. Bob is a practicing attorney and accomplished project developer, including leading the 300 mile Dixie Valley (NV) to Bishop (CA) line. Bob is Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Asian Bank and serves on the Boards of the Nevada Taxpayers Association and American Asphalt & Grading Co. Bob is also Chairman of the RNC's Budget Committee and the National Committeeman for Nevada.

 

Stephen Burnage, the CEO and founder of RetCo, has extensive transmission project and business experience, firstly with the Bechtel Corporation and later with National Grid (as Senior VP of Business Development). Stephen has led the development of more than twenty major transmission projects, encompassing all six continents, and has been CEO of multiple start-ups. Stephen's resume includes CEO of Basslink (Australia - the largest operational merchant transmission project in the world); and the formation of the 800 mile TransWest Express (WY-CA) Project, selling this onto the Anschutz Corporation in 2008.
